Inferno Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat. This 60 min routine strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. All you need is you on the mat.
Yoga
is also meditation. Meditation in motion. Motion is lotion! We create space in the body and mind using simple yet challenging enough movements while undeniably naturally simultaneously practicing mindfulness awareness breathing and focus on how we feel during the practice, finding the balance between too much and not enough is the never ending journey.

Guided Meditation
I was shocked when i started meditating and practicing stillness how painful mentally and physically it was. Yet just as much as we focus our body muscles, stillness, gratitude, compassion, awareness are the muscles that need the most and foremost attention. Practicing silence so we can hear and stillness so we clear the path to move forward is what I’m inviting you to embark on.
